FGYAI Sponsors Deer Lake School Science Fair: Inspiring Young Scientists

The Federation of Global Youth Artificial Intelligence (FGYAI) is proud to announce its role as the primary sponsor of the annual Deer Lake School Science Fair for the third consecutive year. This prestigious event, hosted by one of the leading private schools in the Greater Vancouver area, has once again attracted numerous passionate young scientists eager to showcase their latest research and engage in dynamic interactions with peers and expert judges. One of the highlights of this year’s Science Fair was the innovative exhibits meticulously prepared by aspiring scientists. Through interactive presentations and engaging demonstrations, students showcased their creative thinking and groundbreaking research. Participants from diverse backgrounds exchanged insights under the professional guidance of judges, striving for esteemed honors. A standout feature of the event was the FGYAI Exhibition Area, where the latest robotic models and educational materials were on display. Students were encouraged to explore the fascinating world of technology hands-on, gaining valuable exposure to the fundamentals of artificial intelligence. During the event, FGYAI President Michael Lu and Vice President Dr. William Tsai attended in person, underscoring the organization’s unwavering commitment to youth-driven scientific innovation and AI development. Michael Lu remarked, "We firmly believe that nurturing the next generation of scientists is fundamental to driving societal progress." Meanwhile, Dr. William Tsai added, "Supporting young minds in their pursuit of scientific discovery not only lays the foundation for their academic future but also fosters groundbreaking innovations that benefit society as a whole."
In addition, FGYAI representatives engaged in in-depth discussions with Deer Lake School Principal Mr. Martin Phil and Director of Community Relations Ms. Gaileen Woytko. They explored ways to leverage this platform to strengthen collaboration between schools and industry, fostering cultural exchange and community outreach initiatives.
